At The Underrated Scout, our mission is to professionalise and democratise the way football talent is discovered and developed - without reducing players to commodities. We exist to support underrepresented players and to offer clubs of all sizes a clear, ethical, and professional scouting solution.
We believe players deserve to be seen for who they are - not just for a highlight clip or a label.
WHO WE ARE
The Underrated Scout was founded by Umberto Civale, a certified football scout and analyst, Arash Shahrokhi, a FIFA Licensed agent and sports lawyer.
We’ve worked across scouting, representation, and the legal realities of football. More importantly, we’ve seen first-hand how often players are overlooked, misunderstood, or treated as expendable.
This platform was built to be different.
